Learn. Connect. Build. Ship.
A regional builder initiative helping students, developers, designers and founders in Czechia and Slovakia go from a first idea to a real hackathon project — and ship it in Prague.
No team, no idea and no Web3 experience needed. All pre-events are free.
Six steps, six weeks, one outcome — free and open to newcomers.
Before the Build Station we travel across Czechia and Slovakia: Solana & AI intro, career and startup opportunities, a Mini Ideathon, team formation, pizza and drinks. Free, no experience required.

5 days to build.
One goal: ship.
The Build Station is not a conference. It is five days of intensive coworking for teams in the Colosseum hackathon — working next to other teams, technical mentors, founders, investors and ecosystem experts, and ending with a Demo Day.

A dedicated place to build for five days, with food, coffee and drinks to stay focused.
Direct feedback from experienced builders and founders.
Solana architecture, development, infra, debugging and security review.
Help turning code into an actual, usable product.
Missing a developer, designer or co-founder? We help.
Talk to people who have built and funded startups.
Selected Build Station teams pitch on Demo Day in front of builders, mentors, founders, investors, ecosystem teams and the community. Then we celebrate.
Open to the community. Luma registration opens closer to the date.
Food, Czech beer, music — builders, mentors, founders and investors in one room.
A strong hackathon team combines technical + product + business.
You don't have to know everything before you start — AI, mentors and the community help you learn while building.
Zero to Hero feeds directly into the current global Colosseum hackathon, running September 14 – October 12, 2026. Thousands of builders take part and launch new products and startups — our job is to help teams from Czechia and Slovakia submit something competitive.
Colosseum World's Fair ↗Zero to Hero exists because companies and ecosystem teams contribute funding, mentors, workshops, infrastructure, judging, prizes and founder support.
Only confirmed partners are shown. University and community partners are announced as they are confirmed.
